Return Policy–Physical Items

If you should receive a physical item that has been damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Please contact us via our online Contact Form with the following information:
Date of Purchase
Order Number
Description of item
Photos of the damage as well as the packaging
After you have provided us with the required information listed above, we will provide you with return instructions. Once the item has been received at our location, we will reimburse you for the purchase price, original shipping cost as well as the return shipping.
If you should decide you are simply not happy with the physical product purchased, we offer a 30 day return. You must contact us via our online Contact Form with the following information:
Date of Purchase
Order Number
Description of item
Why you would like to return it.
If you have simply changed your mind or do not like the product once you have received it, you will be liable for the return shipping and you will be reimbursed for the purchase price only.
After you have provided us with the required information listed above, we will provide you with return instructions. Once the item has been received at our location, we will reimburse you for the purchase price only.

We do not offer a return on any virtual items.
